At The Green House® Cottages of Northwest Arkansas, we cherish the opportunity to make meaningful moments happen for our elders.
When we asked our dear Nell what was on her bucket list, she smiled and said she had already lived the life she dreamed of, marrying a good man and raising a loving family. But then, with a twinkle in her eye, she added that she’d love to have a fancy dinner with her daughter and granddaughter, just like a special night out she shared with her daughter years ago.
So, we made it happen.
We recreated that cherished memory with a beautifully set table, a delicious meal, and the company of the people she loves most. The room was filled with laughter, conversation, and the warmth of three generations sharing stories and smiles. It was more than just a dinner; it was a celebration of family, legacy, and the simple joy of being together.
For Nell, it was a night to remember. For us, it was a reminder of why we do what we do.
